2012年欧洲超级杯（2012 UEFA Super Cup）是由欧洲足联举办的第37届欧洲超级杯足球赛，在2012年8月31日摩纳哥路易二世体育场上演，由2011/12赛季欧洲冠军联赛冠军切尔西和2011/12赛季欧洲联赛冠军马德里竞技进行对决。
路易二世体育场自1998年起一直是欧洲超级杯的主办场地，本届赛事结束后，超级杯将阔别该场，改由其他场地轮流举行，下届赛事举办场地为布拉格的伊甸园体育场。
马德里竞技4–1击败切尔西，夺得俱乐部史上第2座欧洲超级杯。
